  1. Ticket is not to be resale and cannot be refunded
  2. Ticket only valid for one-time entrance for one person, on the date stated in the ticket
  3. Ticket will be sent to guests email with QR code, which will be valid as entry access at the automatic gate
  4. Food and beverage from outside the park are not allowed
  5. Guests need to show valid identification when entering through automatic gate (KTP / KITAS holders only)
  6. Every guests are subject to all regulation and condition applied by Trans Studio Bali
